Day 1 of 10 - Ultimate Body Cleanse
Breakfast: Smoothie with blueberries, strawberries, banana, coconut water, protien powder and water.
Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs with chives, onion, green peppers & cayenne pepper
Snacks: Green Peppers, hard boiled egg, fruit & wheatgrass juice, cucumbers
Dinner: 1/2 catfish filet, brown rice with vegetables and cayenne pepper, smoothie with pineapple, strawberry, banana, protien powder, & coconut water.
Day 1 and 2 I can have unsalted nuts, brown rice, eggs, vegetables, fruit, fish and some other things that I don't eat anyway. No salt, no dairy.
I already miss salt, and I didn't think I used it that often. Instead of focusing on being a little hungry, I went to the gym and cleaned 2 rooms of the house. Tomorrow I'll try and tackle the living room and bathroom, also I need to finish wedding thank yous. I also want to hit the gym tomorrow as well. I've noticed that I sweat more easily, I think this is part of the cleanse ridding my body of toxins. I can't get enough water and I am peeing a lot (and it's florescent). Almost time for me to hit the hay!

Ultimate Body Cleanse - Round 2
I haven't done the Ultimate Body Cleanse in over a year. For those of you who don't know what it is, the Ultimate Body Cleanse is a cleanse made by Aceva which incorporates a TON of benefits for anyone who does it. I'll let you read about it there or I can explain what I can/can't have day to day.
I'm starting this cleanse tomorrow and I'm actually excited. My last hurrah dinner, before I can't have red meat for 10 days, is pot roast, potatoes, onions, and the needed beer to wash it down. I had groceries delivered today in preparation for the cleanse. Since it is very limited on what I can have, I made a raspberry vinagrette using a 1/3 part of each: olive oil, red wine vinegar, and raspberries. I'll be able to use these sparingly for the first 2 days.
What I'm looking forward to: feeling better, losing weight, starting a healthier lifestyle.
What I'm dreading: Day 5 "bread smoothie". I call it this because the water with the protein tastes like I'm drinking bread with a hint of vanilla...yum.
Wish my luck, day 1 starts tomorrow!
